What we collect
Account details such as name, email, phone number and role. For artisans we also collect business name, trade, location area, bio and portfolio photos. We keep a record of payments and access purchases.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: showing verified providers, matching customers with pros, handling payments and access, and answering support requests.
What is public
For active, verified artisans we show name, trade, location area, rating and reviews. Phone numbers and other contact details stay hidden until a customer has paid access.
Sharing
We share data with our payment processor to take and settle payments. We do not sell personal data.
