By using Handy Expert you agree to these terms.
The service
Handy Expert connects customers with artisans in Ghana. We are a marketplace, not the provider of the trade work itself.
Customer access
Browsing names, trades and ratings is free. Contact details and booking open with a monthly plan or a one-off unlock. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed.
Artisan listings
Artisans pay a listing activation fee before their profile becomes visible. Details must be accurate, and we may suspend profiles that mislead customers.
Payments
All payments pass through Handy Expert. We hold the job amount and pay the provider after the work is done. Never settle a job outside the platform.
Conduct
Treat other users with respect. Fraud, harassment or fake reviews lead to removal from the platform.
